Hazida Ezone has a chain of retail outlets around Zambia and has partnered with some of the world's leading brands in distributing and providing genuine brands on the Zambian market. The brands include Samsung, Whirlpool, Carrier, Moulinex, Tefal and K.I.C.

We operate in 10 retail stores country wide in Zambia. We have two Samsung brand stores, with every Samsung product of your choice under one roof.

Hazida Ezone has one of the best displays in all its show rooms, making it easier for the customer to shop with ease and compare products according to their line up. We have a wide range of products ranging from consumer electronics to mobile phones and cameras.

WARRANTY 

We have 12 months warranty for all our products, and if a product develops a fault within a warranty period, it will be repaired for the customer. If the product takes longer than 25days to repair, the product will either be replaced or refunded.
